Brand New - Flying at Tree Level (version 1.0)
This is a pretty rare tune released only on the soundtrack to Beer: The Movie. It’s a B-Side to Deja Entendu. I think it’s better than a few songs on the album but it doesn’t quite gel with the theme and I see why it wasn’t included. Stylistically, it’s very much Deja Entendu, but thematically it is leaning towards the follow-up, The Devil and God are Raging Inside Me.
Either way it’s a great song and if any of you are Brand New fans, there’s a chance you’ve never heard it before.
